Planning
The company has over two decade long record of servicing customers in India as well as all over the world. Chemical analysis:
chemical compositions analysis practiced to ensure desired chemical standards.
Atmospheric pressure and hydraulic test:
experimented to pressure pipes one by one under a necessary pressure value in no less than 5 seconds and no leakage should occur. Normal hydraulic pressure value is 2.45Mpa and atmospheric pressure is P-0.59Mpa.
Corrosion test:
corrosion resistance test has been experimented to the corrosion-resistance pipes in conformity with the standards stipulated or jointly agreed corrosion measures and no tendency of intercrystalline corrosion should occur.
Technical performances test:
flattening test, tensile test, impact test, flaring test, hardness test, metallographic testebending test, nondestructive inspection (eddy current test, X ray test and ultrasonic test).
